1. What products do you sell?
We offer a wide range of home essentials, including:

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the Czech Republic on orders over 2500 CZK. For orders under 2500 CZK, a shipping fee of 450 CZK will apply.
We also offer international shipping to various countries. The shipping cost and delivery time will depend on the destination and the weight of your order.
3. How long does shipping take?
- Within the Czech Republic: Standard shipping takes approximately 2-4 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-17 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on external factors, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any issues tracking your order, please feel free to contact us.
5. How do I return an item?
We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy. To return an item:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- Please contact our customer service team at support@homedoko.com to initiate the return process. We will guide you through the steps and provide you with a return address.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product delivered).
6. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. What should I do if my order is damaged or faulty?
We’re sorry if you received a damaged or faulty item! Please contact our customer service team at support@homedoko.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we do not offer gift cards. However, we’re always working on new ways to improve our service, so stay tuned for future updates!
9. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. However, if you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at support@homedoko.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
10. Are your products eco-friendly?
We are committed to sustainability and offering products that are not only functional but also environmentally friendly. Many of our items are made from sustainable materials, and we continuously strive to improve our eco-friendly practices.
